Simple Meal Planning - Plan to Eat

Simple and Tasty Tomato Cucumber Salad

Aug 6 All Ages

  • Facebook35

My husband introduced me to his special Tomato & Cucumber Salad just a few years ago, and I’ve been loving it ever since. We eat a ton of tomatoes and garlic around here, so we can usually throw this together at the last minute and have a scrumptious, healthy, and cheap side dish for just about any meal.

Per serving, it only costs around 41 cents and that is without shopping sales or using coupons on anything. You can pair this with some Choripán or just some grilled chicken. We love it in the summer, and I hope you will too!

This Tomato & Cucumber Salad is so simple to make and so delicious, you'll be adding it to your weekly meal plan in no time! It is great as a side dish for a BBQ.

This is one of my favourite salads except I usually serve mine with an Italian dressing. I’ll have to give your version a try!

Thanks for sharing (and for linking up to the #SHINEbloghop).
