So much is going on in March! We’ve got St. Patrick’s Day, the first day of spring, Easter (sometimes), probably Spring break, and for those who like to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday, there’s that, too!

All it takes is a little planning and you could be serving a couple of these meals to your family. And hey, if you’ve got older kids, put them up to the task if you really have no time!

Nachos are a quick and easy and very delicious meal!

As the days gradually get warmer, it’s tempting to stay outside longer and put off cooking until you absolutely have to get dinner started. Try to get in the habit of prepping meals and/or ingredients ahead of time so you can more fully enjoy the warmer days.
