Helpful Printables for Planning Out Your Baby’s Meals

So it’s time to start feeding your baby solids, huh? Such an exciting time! With everything going on in life, though, do you really want one more thing on your to-do list, like making your baby’s food? Since it’s so much more convenient to buy the jars and pouches, isn’t it logical to just take that route rather than make your life even more hectic?

Too busy to make your baby's food at home? These printables can help! It's really not rocket science to feed your baby!Surely when your baby becomes a toddler you’ll have more time to give them food that you’ve prepared. But right now, life is just chaotic.

And thus it begins. You have already set the stage for your baby’s next few years of life: Convenient packaged snacks, “kid-friendly” foods, and endless battles to get your child to eat just one piece of broccoli.

Your Baby Can Grow Up Eating Well

Take a step back and imagine what would happen if you decided to put thought and effort into your child’s food. Instead of purchasing prepared baby food from the store, let’s pretend you buy fresh fruits, veggies, and proteins, and make your baby’s food at home. As you embark on this journey to feed your baby a diet of fresh, real food and plenty of variety, you realize that it actually makes you happy to start your baby on what you know is best.

Imagine what could happen over the years as you establish healthy eating habits so that you, your child, and the rest of the family can actually enjoy dinner time together. Is that too far-fetched? Does that world not even exist in your mind?

I’m here to tell you that it can exist if you want it. You can make your baby’s food at home (or do baby-led weaning if that’s what you would rather), and it won’t take you twenty hours a week to accomplish. When you decide to take control of your child’s health and put the best possible food in front of them on a consistent basis, you will be surprised what can happen to your child’s appetite for food, even in the trying toddler years.

Helpful Printables for Planning Out Your Baby’s Meals

Not only do I want to encourage you to try this for yourself with your baby, but I want to help you. My book, Raising a Child with Variety: The Baby Stage, is full of all the details you need to know to start your baby on a variety of fresh, real food. It is perfect for the busy mom who can use the 70+ printables that come with the book to plan out her baby’s meals in advance and even make them in advance if that’s what needs to be done.

Too busy to make your baby's food at home? The printables that come with this book can help! It's really not rocket science to feed your baby!

You want a healthy child. No, you need a healthy child. And starting your baby on fresh, real food is the best way to make that more of a reality.

So what are the printables that come with this book? Let’s take a closer look.

Baby Food Calendars Galore

Virtually any kind of calendar you can think of, you can download and use. There are calendars with the month names at the top and there are calendars without any month names. There are calendars with blank boxes and calendars that have a spot for you to list what your baby is eating for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. There are calendars in color and calendars in black and white. These calendars are so useful to help you remember what you’ll be feeding your baby for the next month!

Introduction Schedules

Each month you will choose foods to introduce to your baby and then some foods that you will reintroduce. The food introduction schedules will make it much easier for you to do this. There is even a place for you to record if there was an allergic reaction to any food and to check off that you have introduced each food for 3 to 4 days.

Food Charts

There are two printable food charts that can make your life so much easier. The first chart contains all the foods that your baby can safely eat at each stage of development. The second chart is a list of finger foods split into two: one list that contains foods that need to be cooked and another list that contains foods that can be eaten raw.

Notes

Finally, you will get 7 printable note pages that are uber adorable. These note pages can be useful for writing down your thoughts and feelings as you feed your baby. Record the day that your baby gets peas all over their head…that will be a fun one to remember! You could also use these note pages as a shopping list or to write down recipes you’d like to make for your baby.

See how beneficial these amazing printables will be as you dive head first into the world of homemade baby food??

You don’t want to miss out on these printables. Get your copy of Raising a Child with Variety: The Baby Stage today and start using the printables right away!

Do you think feeding your baby would be so much better with adorable printables?? 🙂
