Adding these fruit purees and sauces to your child's oatmeal will boost up the nutrition and the flavor!

Blueberry Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries if frozen, thawed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Store in a glass container in the fridge or freeze in ice cube trays to easily add to oatmeal whenever you'd like.

Recipe Notes

Makes somewhere around 9 oz. of blueberry puree.
